Mohammad Ismail, father: Haji Mohammad Mostafa, mother: Tahera Khatun
Born on 1 November 1962 in Chaprashirhat Union, Kabirhat Upazila, Noakhali District. He passed SSC from Chaprashirhat High School in 1977 and HSC from Mujib Maha Vidyalaya Basurhat in 1979. He was admitted to the Department of Economics at Chittagong University in 1980, and received an Honors and Master's degree in Economics. He passed BCS in the 1984 batch. He has held various important positions in the government. He retired from the Ministry of Social Welfare as the last Additional Secretary.
In his personal life, he is involved in social, economic, educational and developmental work in his own area. He wants to work with everyone and with everyone's cooperation for the overall development of the area throughout his life.
